We do offer a rush service charge of $79.99 and your laptop is guaranteed to be on the tech bench on the same day. Your laptop will never sit in the long service queue when you use this service.
We highly recommend our customer use a proper box designated for laptop or at least a box with enough bubble wrap to protect your laptop from rough shipping. You will also need to pay the return shipping cost of $19.99 per laptop on the top of the service fee.
Standard warranty is 30 days and you can buy up to 5 years extended warranty. $49.00 for every following year, $99.00 for the first year.
In the warranty period, we will guarantee our work with problems originally described. Due to the nature of this type of service, if any other problems occur different than the originally described will not be covered.
If you have a broken laptop that is critical for your business, please find an external way to take care of your business while your broken laptop is at our repair facility. We are not responsible for your business loss when your laptop is in service, including warranty service.
All laptops serviced by us will be covered under warranty above and all service fees are not refundable.
We will contact you primarily via email. Please check your email service provider for email filter if you did not receive email from us.
We will not take responsibility any delay in service if you did not receive email due to email block in your mailbox.
If payment has not been made within 30 days from the day we sent you an email invoice, your laptop will be parts out and all parts will be belong to the property of LaptopOnCall Inc.
All balance has to be paid in full before your laptop leaves our facility.
Your laptop broken parts, if any, will be disposed to prevent re-using and causing fire hazard.
We are not taking responsibility for any data lost during the repair process. We strongly advise you to make complete system backups before shipping your laptop for repair.
Minimum service charge of $49.00 is applied if you decide not to fix your laptop or your laptop is not fixable
